Ok, so I’ve been slacking lately. No excuses.
I’m starting Jillian Michaels 30 day shred tonight and taking ‘before’ pics. Lord, help me.
Yesterday wasn’t my best day. I really am putting an effort though.
I’ll post my intake for yesterday after the cut.
Yesterday I was 100% ready to try to complete a mile. I took my boyfriend and my 2 year old to the park near my house and I left them play in the playground and I started heading for the trail. Turns out my little one was following me and wanting to go with Mommy. So my boyfriend and my son came. I did a half mile yesterday. I speed walked/jogged most of it. I know it’s nothing impressive but hey, it was my first day! :] I’m proud that I even TRIED. If you know me at all, you’ll know that I’m not one to get up and go for a jog. I have to start out slow. My little one walked/jogged, too, so I had to take some time with him. But it’s better than surfing the internet.
I’m getting my copy of Jillian Michaels 30 day shred tonight. I’m pretty stoked. I’m out of shape (like whoa) but I’ll push through it! I hope to either start that tonight or tomorrow. I didn’t do a workout video last night, so I have to today. The walk was the only form of exercise I did yesterday.
